The results indicate a high level of satisfaction, with 52.5% of respondents expressing they are satisfied and 43.3% stating they are very satisfied with the library’s services. The professionalism of the librarians, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the library spaces, were highlighted as key strengths, receiving excellent ratings.
On the other hand, users provided constructive feedback regarding service development. Key areas for improvement include expanding facilities, strengthening the collection, and extending operational hours, particularly for evenings and weekends.
