Survey Result March 2026
Dear JIU Members,
Jakarta International University Library conducted a service evaluation survey from March 11–13, 2026, with 77 respondents including students, faculty, and staff.
Overall, the results indicate that our library’s service quality is in the "Excellent" category, particularly in circulation, reference services, user instruction, and collection management.
We have also received valuable constructive feedback, specifically regarding collection development, enhancement of reference services, and the optimization of facilities and study spaces.
These evaluation results will serve as a foundation for our continuous efforts to improve library services in support of academic activities within the JIU community.
